On Wednesday – At least two people were struck by a car while walking along a Delco street last Wednesday afternoon.

The mishap occurred very near E Chester Pike or U.S. Rte .13 intersecting with Ridley Park’s Acres Drive in Pennsylvania at about 4:40 o’clock in the afternoon..

No details were given regarding the extent of injuries or damages.

Due to the crash, traffic was at a snail-pace in the area as investigators were around making prelim investigation to figure out what caused the wreck.

On Tuesday – Police were investigating another incident after a pedestrian was reportedly hit by a car in Upper Chichester of Delaware County.

Police responded to the mishap that was reported at around 7:15 o’clock in the evening of Tuesday at Block 500 block of Conchester Highway.

Authorities reported that the victim was delivered to a local hospital. There is no info on the person’s condition at this time. Police are reportedly investigating the incident as a hit-and-run. Further details will be available after the investigation is complete.

The crash caused a traffic jam to in the area while investigators tried to figure out what happened.

Last week, police in the Twp. of Gloucester are on the hunt for a hit-and-run driver who hit and seriously injured a pedestrian as he was crossed the road in Gloucester Township, NJ.

Authorities reported that at around 10:00 o’clock in the evening of Sunday, a man in his mid 20’s was walking along Sicklerville Rd. near the corner of Jarvis Rd. just adjacent to Shopping Center of Strawberry Square when he was hit by a car.

The driver of the vehicle did not stop and is fled towards Sicklerville Road on Rte.42.

Authorities were able to identify the pedestrian as Kevin Trant, age 23 resident of Gloucester Township. Although Trant was is critically injured bur he was listed under stable condition at the Trauma Center of Cooper University Hospital. The following parts of his body were broken: (1) pelvis; (2) right elbow: (3) left foot; (4) right shoulder; (5) vertebrae; plus a punctured lung.

Police said it would be easy to identify the vehicle as it sustained considerable front end damage and a possibly shattered windshield. No other description of the vehicle was immediately available.
